Each capsule delivers pure CO2 to preserve any remaining sparkling wine, keeping it freshly carbonated for up to four weeks.  The sparkling wine preservation system that allows you to open a bottle one weekend, then finish it at brunch the next. The stopper locks onto virtually any bottle and removes easily for the next pour.

Description

Additional Information

  • Made of stainless steel, zinc, ABS plastic, mixed polycarbonate fiberglass and reinforced nylon with chrome accents.
  • Capsules are made of recycled steel and filled with pure CO2.

Use

  • After you pour as much sparkling wine as you want, raise locking handle of stopper up to unlocked position. Place stopper on neck of open bottle and firmly press down, locking handle until flush.
  • Check pressure indicator of charger to ensure it is green, indicating capsule is installed. Align charger on top of stopper and press down firmly. Pressure indicator will change to red, indicating charge has started. When indicator changes back to green, bottle is fully charged.

Care

  • Clean with soft, damp cloth.
  • Air-dry.
  • Do not use any cleaning solutions.
  • Do not submerge any part of system in water or other liquid.
  • Do not clean any part of system in dishwasher.
