Lily + Birch’s own line of Plank & Beam cutting boards made in the USA from solid cherry and walnut.  Our boards are available in 2 sizes at 1-3/4″ thick and 1 size at 3/4″ thick.  The larger boards come with recessed finger grips to make the boards easy to move and flip for use on both sides.  The boards are also very durable for years and years of cutting, chopping, and slicing (with proper care & maintenance).

Boards come pre-oiled.  We recommend Howard Butcher Block Oil and Howard Butcher Block Conditioner for proper maintenance of your new cutting board on a regular basis – for instance, once a month is an ideal schedule.
